I'd say Jessica Jones and Daredevil are better on average than the extended Arrowverse, but Luke Cage is probably just about on par if not a bit worse, while Iron Fist is about as bad as the worst season of Arrow.

Also CW is cranking out like 100 episodes a year at this point.

I think the Netflix shows are on average, notably better, but its not really a fair comparison. Netflix is almost as different a medium from network TV as network TV is from movies.
