Well I expect the Adam Sandler movies to get taken care of this year considering he has another Universal movie coming out this summer. I would hope they release Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead as well and not hold them off for marketing purposes.

You can knock 2 more off that Universal list. Seabiscuit and Inside Man coming to Blu-ray May 26th as well.

And yet two more knocked off. Fletch and Bruce Almighty coming to Blu-ray June 2nd.

i think my next buys will be the lost seasons, my collection is seriously low in numbers.

Should be getting Quantum Of Solance and Serenity soon. Got them for about $16 each.

i hope quantum of solace is as good looking as casino royale

I see where Home Theater Forum is having another "Evening With Warner Home Video" on Monday night. I love these. Maybe we'll get some good Blu-ray announcements.

"Fletch" and "Bruce Almighty" is coming to Blu-ray June 2nd.

Oh, and "Flech" is coming to Blu-ray on June 2nd!

Edit: "Bruce Almighty", too! The same day!

:D Sorry, didn't see that post, Red.

I shall get Fletch. Chevy Chase in his prime. Bruce Almighty? Meh...pass. Once was enough. Good job though Universal you were wise to announce Children of Men I was about to go crazy.

i soo cannot wait til watchmen hits blu-ray, probably augustish?

I wouldn't be surprised if it hits Blu-ray sooner than that, considering it isn't the blockbuster WB was hoping for. Either way, I'll be buying this one for sure.

it's like one of the few things i'm excited for

Yeah alot more people are waiting for the disc these days so release dates after the theatrical release are getting shorter. I would say June or July Watchmen will be available. I think I am just gonna wait for the Blu-ray at this point myself and pass on seeing it in theatres. It will probably top out at $250-$300 million worldwide which is a good haul but the whole Fox situation lessens its success. Maybe the big blue dong on screen affected ticket sales too. :oldrazz:

trust me.. blue dong only enhances sales.

Arggggh! I have enough Amazon credit to get either Zodiac or Brokeback Mountain. I want both I can't decide which to get!

I'd go Zodiac, but I haven't seen Brokeback

Yeah well Brokeback I would say is the overall better film in terms of the kind of impact and message it has behind it and would rank much higher up on the foodchain than Zodiac.

BUT...Zodiac is still an amazing film...David Fincher always makes good movies and is really one of the best directors I have seen in the last 15 years.

Or maybe I should just fork over an extra $6 and pick up Quantum of Solace? Ah...decisions decisions. :cmad:
