I have some photos from BF scoring session, i wish i could be at this session!!! I wonder does WB. have in their archives the full lenth video of making and recording music for B&R and BF. If they do, im lukin' forward to get it immediately!:yay:

I like Goldenthal's scores. Even in B&R, there are some nice pieces. Some of the B&R score is actually quite pretty, and I love the instrumental version of "Poison Ivy" that plays during the scene where Ivy does her striptease out of the Gorilla suit at the flower ball, and much of "Ivy's theme" score in general. Some of the music for Mr Freeze is good too.

Anyone know a good place to download the scores to both movies? I can't find any on Limewire or iTunes.

I found them on eMule, I'll try to find some time and upload them somewhere for you.

What did you guys think about Robin's theme in B&R?

i dont know what you mean by "robins theme". did robin have a theme? what scenes? i only remember the batman theme.

as for goldenthal, yeah i enjoyed its heroic, over the top comic book sound, i do agree sdome parts were really lame and sounded like an old WB cartoon with daffy duck and all that, mainly when the riddler and twoface came on. but some parts of Forever sounded really deep and good. for what it is, i enjoyed it. the opening to B&R though, not as powerful as the first time, it actually sounded like a more light hearted version of the forever opening.

See the scene where Robin goes to Poison Ivy's lair. Right after the scene in the Batcave where Bruce Clooney asks Robin to trust him this time around. Very powerful theme, more heroic than Batman's.

Really? Until the moment where Batman says the whole joke about Superman, I found the music to be a lot heavier than in BF. Slow, serious.

Y'know, it's kind of strange that out of Goldenthal's two Batman scores, his score for Batman & Robin was the more subdued (less ear-screeching trumpet blares for starters).
