Anyone in here a hairdresser? On the off chance that they are could you let me know. Just curios as to what other hairdressers out there may also have a had in online stuff. :oldrazz:

My oldest sister is a Hairdresser in the boonies. She does a lot of e-mailing and ICQ stuff (or MSN)... but otherwise, I don't know how net savvy she is.

That's cool, Yeah you see I have done a lot of hairdressing in the USA and UK and find that as a general rule USA clients are much nicer.

Shameless plug -

So I just passed school, note that this was not my only education, I have studied computer science at college long before I chose the career switch. Has anyone had a more fulfilling role change in life?

I was an industrial pipefitter for many years.....I'm now the senior accountant at a Canadian Short Line Railway.....that's as drastic a vocational swerve as I've ever heard.....

....more fulfilling?....meh....less damage to an aging body?...hell yeah!! :)

Cool stuff.

The vocational switch was a real good move for me. My passion rests there for the most part when it comes to work.

My mother became a Hairdresser when she first came to this country, she mainly did hair for the elderly though.

Well yeah but there are loads of non hype threads dude.
