The Hangover Part III

Danny Trejo is becoming a cliche. Has he ever played anything besides a Mexican gangster/thug or some variation?

I think he was just an angry dad in Harold and Kumar's Christmas lol.

Hope they don't follow the exact same formula that made H2 be a mere requel of H1.

THE HANGOVER PART III Gets More Ken Jeong
by Dave Trumbore Posted:July 12th, 2012 at 7:50 pm

Ken Jeong (Community) spent his time in The Hangover as a mean, naked gambler that hit so hard; he returned in The Hangover Part II, but [spoiler alert] spent the better part of the movie presumably dead. In The Hangover Part III, Jeong’s role will be substantially more involved. Plot details are being kept under wraps at the moment, but we do know that the story takes place in Tijuana and may include breaking Alan (Zach Galifianakis) out of a mental institution. Jeong’s schedule is being massaged to avoid conflicts with Community, which shoots this August, while The Hangover Part III is set to begin in September. THR also reports that the threequel will feature the return of Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and director Todd Phillips.

From Collider

Idk I like Ken Jeung but I'd rather not have his role increased yet again.

But he's the best part of the films!

Has he ever played anything besides a Mexican gangster/thug or some variation?

Ironically, he was a kind janitor / prison guard in the Halloween remake.

I thought we got enough of Ken in the second film.

It says in the article that the movie won't be the same formula as the first two.

You actually think that this movie won't have them getting wasted and then trying to piece together what happened?

I'm giving this franchise one more chance to "show me the goods" and actually be funny. ONE. MORE. CHANCE.

Heather Graham is coming back?!! Why didn't she come back for the sequel its not like her career is exploding with movie roles? And the end of the first movie was hinting at her and Stu (Ed Helms) starting a relationship. Anyway, I am glad they are switching up the formula this time around with no wedding or bachelor party. Let's hope it brings back the magic of the first movie:woot:

I hope Justin Bartha is in the entire movie this time. I'd like to see the craziness ALL 4 will get into onscreen.

I am now wondering how they will manage to work Ken Jeoung's penis into the movie.

I loved the first. Thought the second was funny, but not GREAT (overdid some of the stuff that worked so well in the first, almost like a much better version of Ace Ventura 2), so I will give this a chance.

if the plot rumor is true breaking alan out of a mexican mental institution i guess they all get hungover and wake up and try to figure out how he got their.then they come up with a plan to break him out.atleast it would be a little different than the other two

It's not like there's going to be another chance after that. Todd Phillips and co. have said that this will be the last one. So WB decides to make more after this (which they really shouldn't, but you know...the almighty dollar and everything), it would be either with a different cast or direct-to-DVD fodder like much of the American Pie franchise.

C'mon.
If they can top the she-male love making , this will be awesome :lmao:

Or with laboratory-produced clones of the cast.

I can see it now, a straight to dvd spin off with some unknown chubby kid (Jonah Hill clone or something) being Alan's cousin or brother with his own wolf pack....

Hangover 2 was terrible. I hope this movie they use a different plot and it's not as ****ing stupid and not so freaking predictable.

Hangover 2 was beat for beat the same as the first movie. Freaking horrible.

Calling Hangover 2 bad is an understatement

If it is the same as the first movie, and you called it horrible, does that mean you think the first movie is horrible?

No I enjoyed the first movie, but by the second it was a dull, predictable and inconceivable mess. It totally missed why the first one worked. They thought just because they move it to Thailand it wouldn't matter.

I wouldnt say hangover 2 was bad or a terrible movie but as a whole it was just uninspired and lazy filmmaking from top to bottom. The story was a carbon copy of the 1st minus a few minus and addition scenes and the twist was similar in style. I can why they made it cause it still made cash and
R-rated comedies like that will continue to get made because they cost next to nothing to make. I'm just mad that we will get 2 hangover sequel but never get a old school 2.

The Hangover 2 was a rehash of the first movie but it had its moments (though there weren't that many). But I wouldn't say it was God awful, just medicore. There are worst comedies out there, example any of the recent Adam Sandler comedies, Jack and Jill, That's my boy, and Bucky Larson (though he didn't play in it he produced it), etc.
