Infinity War The Illuminati?

I'm not sure the Illuminati proper will exist but I think having power players manipulate the heroes bound under the Accords would create a lot of intrigue with a public/private face to a lot of characters and forcing them into interesting confrontations. What do they know? Who's side on they on? What are their motivations? And if you needed something for RDJ to do outside of the suit, this is a pretty good way to keep him a very relevant but completely secondary character. I suspect going forward that the Earth-bound heroes will be following this story line or a similar one. Something like Thunderbolts with Widow pressed into service tracking down Hulk in a WWHulk feel all works under the Accords.

i thought of that too, but he's too shield-connected/hates stark

key part of the illuminati to me is that reed and stark drive it as they get along and are in agreement 90% of the time. plus reed's relationship with T'challa/namor and possible Doom stuff down the line t:

is it confirmed that namor's rights with marvel are kinda like hulk, where they can do it in a team-up/crossover but not solo?
