People who don't think the 2003 Hulk looks real, or at least more real than these unfinished effects are seriously deluded. Don't let your opinion on the movie cloud your judgement. The movie sucked, the effects didn't.

This looks nothing like a video game & even if it's unfinished, it still looks great so far.

Would you prefer another Thing suit like in FF??? CG is the only way to show a 9ft tall Hulk like character and have him move around like he has the powers he's supposed to have. Otherwise it's gonna look like a guy overburdened by a heavy suit on stilts. LOL They must use mostly CGI with a mixture of animatronics and possibly even a real person in close ups during a trasnformation scene.

I have to say I did have issue with the shot in jokers avatar, not really the cgi, just the hulks face looks a bit screwed up but they'll be working on that.

This is why people respond to you in a defensive manner. You're trying to assert your OPINION as indisputable fact and insulting people who have differing opinions than you. It's pretty obvious to anyone with a shred of common sense that you are just trying to piss people off.

It's not pointless. People like to express their opinions. It's a huge part of what message boards are for.
You say, "I like PIZZA!"

If expressing your opinion is pointless because you can't make someone else share your opinion, then it's no more pointless than telling a bunch of people who want to state their opinion, that stating their opinion is pointless.

I didn't say expressing your opinion is pointless. I said arguing repeatedly over each others' opinions is pointless. Especially when it comes to something subjective like taste. The example you just posted is something you would expect in a conversation between children. I've definitely never heard anything like that in an adult conversation. We've basically got an entire thread dedicated to people going "The CG sucks! No it doesn't! Yes huh! Nuh uh! You're stupid! No you're stupid!" Like I said. Pointless.

Well that's the only aspect in that particular scene that looks fake to me and when zoomed in it just really doesn't look right.

After watching it a few more times, what really bugs me is that his mouth is just an awkward black hole.

Yeah I thought something was up with the mouth, they've made his lips way too dark in that part.

My problem with the preview is there nothing tangible in it, I made a thread on it which I receive negative response to so I'm glad this doesn't bother others but it like watching a frickin cartoon. When I referenced the transformers, the cars themselves were part of the action and they had models of the cars. This hulk judging just by the trailers is pure cgi which kills a bit of it for me. I get the fact that there no other way of doing it however it still creates a problem with the audience watching it. Too much CGI is never a good thing...

You guys keep nitpicking small details of the CGI when you all know it's not finished yet. So I understand bringing it up and saying you hope they fix that but none of it should bug you because they are not done.

And yes I'll repeat this over and over and over when responding to people who keep saying the same things over and over and over. LOL

Well no it doesn't look anything like a cartoon, sorry but that's just a silly comment. This film isn't just cgi, they're using props and animatronics aswell, the hand breaking out of the ground in the trailer was animatronic. If you (not you personally) can't go in there with a clear head, not constantly thinking 'theyre cgi, theyre cgi' that's your problem, not the cgi team, not the director. It'll get to the point you'll be saying 'Thats such fake cgi' at points that likely won't even be cgi because you're actively looking for it.
