Demon Barber, Willy Wonka, and Corpse Bride are actually the movies I refer to where he no longer interests me. But there will always be fans of certain directors, so don't let my knocking of him make you take offense, that's the last thing I'd want to do (attack someone else's tastes.)
While I love how CG looks in this film (and others do not agree.)
I will say that those others will agree that CG has worked well in real life settings time and time again. Does it always look flawless? Nope. Does it date itself? Yes, I'll give you that.
But for many others, including myself, CG has worked fine time and time again in a realistic setting and will continue to do so. But I will agree we are not at a point in time where it's going to trick anyone into believing it's "real" and if it does then they are certainly easily tricked.
