They usually do in my opinion, I never really cared for "full cast" posters they always seemed cluttered to me.

I just loved the drama of Loki stealing Sif's body after the resurrection
make it tough to tell its her and Thor's reaction to finding out would be epic to see
plus any excuse to give Jaimie more to do is always welcome

although, I suppose Thor and Sif need to be a couple first for it to be as dramatic as it needs to be
and Jaimie has to nail that Hiddleston impression too

On another note, I'm not sure if it's just me, but I do definitely prefer the look and design of Sif's costume from the first film as opposed to the one she's using now.

And that is when they deviate from the comics and make Loki steal Jane's body. I wouldn't put it past marvel as they are choosing to get rid of Hank Pym creating Ultron for someone else, however I would prefer it to be with Sif. One reason is that I would like it to stay true to the comics, however even if it did deviate I feel as though I would get a much more believable acting of Loki in Sif's body from Jaimie rather than a Loki in Jane's body from Natalie.

Sif's new armor is much better than the original. She looks much more like the ass-kicking warrior she's supposed to be now.

I'm not sure if it was deliberate on the make-up department's side of things, but Sif/Jaimie definitely has a more mature seasoned beauty going on for her in this film than her youthful beauty look in the first film.

She still looks beautiful but I thought she was anyway.
