I'm going to cast my vote to the Rogues. Though Marvel's three have more raw power, the Rogues have the definite teamwork edge and, with McCulloch and Mardon, are more versatile.

Max has potential, but that potential is mostly unused. Weather Wizard (who I assume is the one that'll be mostly matched up with Electro) can take him and is able to do more with his powers.

I imagine Iron Fist is only not in this one because 1. JB needed a chick to counter Cassie and 2. Because this thing would be ridiculously lop-sided if he was there with Shang-Chi and Karnak.

The only one I can see DC winning is Cassie vs Mantis...

Don't undersell Mantis. Even before her Celestial Madonna upgrade, she was able to put down the likes of Thor with a nerve strike. Her training under the Priests of Pama make her one of the Marvel U's top martial artists.
She's definitely not a weak link in this fight.

Cassie would take care of business. That's agreed. I think she could take all three of Marvel's team with the small exception of Karnak.
