Or you never know, she might want to listen to some of your tunes orrrrrrrrr, she's extremely nosy. :o

Or she was just an idiot with no class or manners. Very typical among bus riders in my county.

Reminds me of when that woman paid for mine and hers drinks, admission, smokes etc and offered me a ride back to her place. I was like nope, I'm cool but thanks. I was also dead drunk so I have an excuse for being a bit thick in the head there.

You should've grabbed your stuff & gotten another seat altogether.

I love going to the doctors. Had a ten o clock appointment, didn't even get seen until after eleven. Yay.

I hate going to the Dr's and that is why I don't go. I know how my body functions and so I don't need a professional Dr when I know myself. Just listen to what you're body is telling you and you'll be fine. Now if it was something life threatening then that's a whole other issue beyond your own control.

Checking in all. Just finishing at the studio. New episode should be up by end of day.

Had to go for a hormone shot. Menopause is not for the weak kneed. :(

What is it about?

We got a guest, my friend J., Ed my partner gives his BVS review and we discuss that, we have a comedy segment called "THESE THINGS WRITE THEMSELVES" and then we have a Star Wars Rebels discussion.

Your body isnt going to send you a memo if a malignant tumor or polyp delevops somewhere in your body. Thats stuff that can only be found early through regular checkups.

Ive had too many older relatives die of cancer and other **** because they were too stubborn and thought they didnt need the doctor either. Hell, Ive got a cousin right now that has a colostomy bag and sepsis because he wouldnt go to the doctor and thought he knew what was best for him.

Colonoscopies, regular checkups, and yearly bloodwork arent things that should be avoided. They are key to catching cancers and diseases and complications early.

Frankly, people that wait til they are extremely sick or dying to run to the doctor are one of the reasons this country spends so damn much in medicine. If people would do yearly checkups theyd be healthier and their medical expenses would be less. A yearly check up is a lot cheaper than treatment for an unchecked rampant cancer or disease.

Nah, that's a huge pain in the butt when you have an open laptop and the bus is moving. I may not be on her level and say some rude ish (I wanted to) but I did make her work for the seat considering all I did was move my back and hold my laptop while she tried to get into the seat. Did give me a good chuckle though.

Eh, maybe. She said to hit her up on the weekend if I'm bored and wanna hang.

DJ, when you broke down what makes twerk music, twerk music, it all sounded very professional. Is that all self-taught, and how long did it take you to learn it?

Anyone can answer this - what are the Reekies?

Kev is secretly a Cobra agent. :sly:
I thought he was with Hydra, the Hype is a secret Hydra nest.
If Hydra and Cobra collaborate, who would win the takeover that follows?

Obviously Cobra, & yeeeeeeeeeees, I'm being biased. :o

This show is good...too bad it only lasted one season. Why is it that I discover a show, it's been off the air for a good number of years. :( Makes me feel I missed out a lot when it comes to watching good shows that only lasted a season or more and here its the year 2016 and damn...I sure missed out on a lot of good stuff.

I've had plenty of check ups to the point that whenever I went to the Dr's and get them to do a deep check inside and out, I get misdiagnosed and I get put on the wrong medication which does leave my whole system vulnerable to making me feel like s*** most of the time. Dr's tell you one thing and go with it but when it comes to not listening to you and believe me, I've seen it happen to my adoptive mother.

I guess it depends where you live...what kind of healthcare every country provides...or at least attempts to provide. My issue is that I don't trust certain people given the nature of the crap I've been through and seen my own family members have gone through. If half the Dr's listened to them, they'd be just as perfectly healthy today if they weren't mistreated. So many things could have been different if it weren't for the countless losses my own family endured over the years. And because of that, I can't help but wonder to this day, if my one grandmother would still be alive.

Agree to disagree, I won't argue. I'm just speaking of experiences. Cause they were not cool to begin with.

Regardless...we're all dying inside and eventually we all will be gone from the face of the world. But in a way, I feel lucky enough to breathe and walk on this earth...I mean, when I was born, no one thought I was going to make it due to the complications I had endured the moment the one doctor noticed that I wasn't breathing...If it weren't for him, I wouldn't be here. I give him credit where its due...but for others, not so much.

I've always had a passion for music, I tried to learn a few instruments when I was growing up but never had the patience to learn the basics. That's one of the reasons I fell in love with DJing, the music was already made and I just had to mix them and keep the party going. I've wanted to get into production (making the music) for awhile now but I put it off because I know I'll suck at first.

I've had a few great teachers over the years, I have a close friend that is a mentor in the DJ game and lots of other homies that DJ as well. #1 rule of the underground is to pass along what was given to me. Most of us all kind of learn from each other and figure it out as we go along. My buddies Skillz and Image I'm always learning from and we do gigs and mess around with music all the time.

I did learn plenty of things myself just from digging through music as well. There are so many freaking genres of dance music and then sub-genres within them it's insane. But I'm always on the hunt for dope tunes to drop so I learn new things everyday (hopefully).
