That isn't Ultimate Lizard (at least not how I've seen him), but it's still very nice. And not to pester, but did you start Ultimate Eddie or Ultimate Venom?

MANTIS!

Sean Abbott is a freshman in high school when he smokes a cigarette. The chemicals in the cigarette react with latent genes in Sean's body. It gives him extraordinary powers. However, Sean fears his powers and hides them. It is only when his girlfriend is shot and killed by a convict that Sean realizes that the world needs more people like himself. He designs a costume and becomes the vigilante known as MANTIS!

Here we are:

Row 1: Electron; Jake Coles/Electron; Relaunch Electron; Makeshift suit; Unmasked Electron; Battle Damaged Electron
Row 2: Savage; Savage Spirit; Slither; ExoSkull

Jake Coles was a scientist working for a company devolping new ways of creating power. There was a new machine built to recycle Radioactive waste into Electrical Power. Jake was picked to test it, and he turned on the power. Unfortunately, Lightning strikes the conductor, and a bolt of Electric got into the Radioactive supply. The machine exploded in a shower of Green Lightning, one bolt hitting Jake. He was in a coma for two months, and one night awoke from a nightmare about him being electricuted constantly. He found his body sparked with electricity, began screaming, and lightning sparks shot from his mouth, blowing up equiptment and setting fire to the hospital. Jake managed to save the patients, and then decided to become hero. He took on the name of the particles fused into his DNA: Electron.
