I actually forgot about this game. I went from being beyond excited, to not giving a single ****.

And I'm not buying this game, until I see a lot of reviews/opinions for it. I'm skeptical about it, now.

Capcom refuses to do anything else with Mega Man. **** them. Having a new side scroller with the PS4/Xbone graphical power would have done well I think.

they probably aren't ready to release it. Its playable from beginning to end but they are likely taking the 2 months to polish it up more as its not "complete". Being gold in 2016 means something completely different than 1996

Having a day one patch has nothing to do with that at all actually. Unless you expect them to pay extra money to store games, when they just could have wanted to put it into manufacturing. The more likely answer would be they have a very small manufacturing company, and have a lot of different version coming out. But even that doesn't make sense.

what are you talking about? This happens all the time. Companies dont stop working on a game when it goes gold. With being gold, you expect it to be playable from start to finish with everything there, but additional work is typically still done. They polish things up, find glitches, that they fix, correct things they may have missed, etc... This is different than pre-PS3/360 era where a gold copy was the final complete version.

This game is not Uncharted, they aren't going to sell millions of copies week one. They do not need 7 weeks of manufacturing. They started pressing the game on May 2nd. It comes out June 21. Nah, LBP got delayed after going gold. I remember buying the game, had it in my hands and had to return it bc the cashier got a call saying the game was recalled while he was completing my purchase. Nothing beats getting a delay on actual release date

I did not know this happened. Not really a LBP person, so I wasn't interested at launch. That is a amazing, and horrible at the same time.

there was controversy bc one of the songs in the game contained lyrics to the Qur'an. Some muslims found it offensive, so Sony recalled the millions of copies they manufactured and released it a week later after they removed it

Inti Creates has announced that they will host a livestream of their upcoming platformer

Mighty No. 9 on May 27. Mighty No. 9 is being co-developed with Comcept who will be able to show off all of the game’s updates on the NicoNico stream.

Additionally, Inti Creates president Takuya Aizu will update fans on their upcoming game Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 coming to Nintendo 3DS.

Mighty No. 9 will stream live on May 27 at 9:00 pm JST/5:00 am PST.


Mighty No. 9 is coming to the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, and PC on June 21 in NA and Japan, and June 24 in EU.
