Comics The Mind-Wipe....(funny idea)

What if, like everyone thinks is going to happen, and everyone's mind is somehow wiped of the knowledge of Peter Parker being Spider-Man.
What if not only May and Mary Jane lose the memory of Pete being Spidey, but also Pete looses his knowledge of it too.

That'd be great....Marvel can ape the movies even more. They can have Pete not remember who he is and read in the Bugle about this schmoe and really hate Spidey and have him find out by crawling up a wall like in the movie and think they're appealing to "younger fans" all over again. Oy.

I really wouldn't mind if this happened, it could set new beginning's for ASM, it would play out to be more interesting than a divorce or a death, anything's better than MJ dieing.
But I could see this working...

If you notice, Swing Shift, takes place in continuuity and Peter states that it was a good thing that nobody spotted him doing a 10 story leap (or something like that.) because of jumping out of Overdrive's way. Jackpot...we haven't seen her ever before which is why my guess is that the story takes place after OMD, and Aunt May is alive and well, which could mean mindswipe is a possibility and will somehow save May. That, and that Marvel said that Swing Shift would come back to haunt Spidey in the coming months.
