    Okay,

Here is the deal. Back last year I went to the Dr, and they said I had high LDL Cholesterol or high bad cholesterol it was 170 and my overall cholesterol was 220. Now after getting scared by the Dr that I would have to go on a cholesterol lowering pill, I was given too months to lower it on my own. So after two months and using a calorie spreadsheet I lost over 40 pounds and went from 220 down to 178, in March of 05. My cholesterol went down as well. From 220 to 170, and my LDL from 170 to 115. Since March of 05, I gained a few pounds, then from Aug-Sept I lost 30 pounds again and was back at 178 at the end of Sept. From there till now, I have gained weight again, and as of this morning I was 210 on a 5'8-5'9 frame. I know I am over weight and want to bring "muscles" back into this world. However I get stressed easy and especially at my line of work, so I need advice and help from everyone as to how to combat stress and how to get my weight back. Cause right now I am not musclesforsupes, I am fatsforsupes :(:(

I've been in a similar situation (without a lot of weight loss) for a while - how are you exercising? Just trimming calories won't do it - and exercise of any type is a great combatant for stress.

Oh know I worked out like I did while in HS and College. I did my abs everyday, worked out chest and arms two days a week, and worked out back and shoulders two days a week, and jogged between 1-4 miles a day except on Sundays.

Yes, I did. I also have a problem with fast food and pastries. I always make a "goal" accomplish the goal and then go back to the old ways.

I need the power, too. But, you've got to make a few changes and keep exercising to avoid putting the weight back on. I'd even go as far as to tell you to change your goal from a certain weight to a number of months you can keep that weight. That might help - and you have to keep exercising.

Muscles if your really looking to lose weight and less stress join a gym. Thats what I do plus everyday when I wake up I go for a 2 mile jog (in your case you should wak and work your way up to jogging) also play sports I take JKD and I play pick-up basketball. And stay away from fast food all the time I eat Salads and chicken and things like that that are good for you and maybe treat myself once a week or every 2 weeks.

If you need some help getting on some kind of diet or physical regimen program, PM me. I've worked as a physical trainer in the past, and incorporate a pretty intensive routine into my own lifestyle.

By the Power of Greyskull, we can make this happen!

Muscles isn't on a diet he's on a TRY-IT. He sees food and he tries it.

One night I asked Muscles if he was going to hit some bars and he said yes, Milky Way, Snickers, 3 Musketeers.

It's 90% diet and with the amount of fast food you eat it's a wonder you aren't dead already, man. Go over to bodybuilding.com and spend some time reading in the nutrition forums. Particularly the sticky threads at the top. You need to educate yourself about how to eat properly as WELL as how to exercise.

It's true. My old boss had this friend that worked at a parking garage, and one day my boss came in looking weird and said that his friend died of a heart attack and he was only 30-freaking-one years old, but he weighed like 400 lb.s and I remember that anti-smoking PSA from the 90's where the guy squeezed this goo out of a tube like toothpaste and said, "This is the artery of a smoker who died of a heartattack. He was 30 years old."

And it looked like a quarter pound of raw MARZIPAN coming out, hahaha.
