Looks like after tonight, the NCIS's take a three week break and return on the 5th.

Sucks, but atleast we have the reruns on USA!

Just watched both episodes, NCIS was fantastic, it had a bit of everything in it and I got the warm and fuzzies from the ending. Gibbs' dad is awesome and should be in it more, he brings a different side out of Gibbs.

L.A was the best ep from them so far, the script had less dumb 80's action movie dialogue and actually used two of the other characters in a way that added some layers to their personalities, the twist I guessed the moment the bomb only blew the back of the car out, but all in all a marked improvement IMO.

I watched USA's marathon last night. They've finally caught up with last season's finale. I'd also forgotten how confusing/mysterious Vance's past is.

Last night had a great episode. McGee and Palmer are growing up. I think that this whole season is going to deal with that girl that seems to want Gibbs. Great episode, can't wait till next week.

Palmer's face as he got off. That was classic.

It was cool to see McGee geeking out over the Jetpacks.... Though i can't work out how much of the Jet-flight bit was real, Wires or camera trickery. It's also good to see McGee and Palmer getting to lead a bit more.

So how is Bauers Sis-in-law connected to the Terminator/Col Sumner? and just what is their end-game in regards to Gibbs and the team?

NCIS:LA was the lesser of the two shows this week IMHO...

I wouldn't doubt that most of the jet pack sequence was real. There are working jetpacks that get about 30 seconds or so of flight.

I haven't been an avid follower of the show, but I have been watching the reruns on Show Case on weeknights. I just got up to the two part episode with Kate's funeral. Very moving. My favorite character on the show is Abby. She's a lot like Garcia on Criminal Minds, and totally sexy (goth chicks are hot).

Yeah...Kate's murder and following funeral were very powerful scenes.
