    The new line is almost upon us, so I figured a thread of it's own couldn't hurt.

    Especially looking forward to The Terrifics...

    Obviously, I'm not betting on the books being aces all across the board, but I do appreciate this kind of a big swing. And with something like this, if even a handful end up becoming mainstays, I think that's a win.

    Same. I might check out The Unexpected and The Immortal Men. And maybe The Silencer... :shrug:

    I’m with everyone else on The Terrifics. I’m also interested in The Silencer.

    I think there's a lot of potential in The Immortal Men. Reviving the Challengers team should be interesting, and a different kind of book for Snyder. Talia having a role to play in The Silencer should be something, as well.

    To be honest, I'd be surprised if any of these books lasted longer than a year or so. It's a bold attempt at something new - but I just can't see any of these characters generating huge long-term interest.

    Also, how committed are the big-name creators? Are they going to produce these titles for a sustained period of time, or just bail out after a few months? I remember being tremendously excited when John Romita Jr came over to DC to draw Superman, but then he only lasted a short time. I can't see many of these writers and artists staying on these titles for the long haul.
