The pivotal character of the DC universe is AMBUSH BUG

Well sorry, but you really outta know most of them already.

Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, Aquaman. I mean, it's the big seven. From there it's all just fan favorites. Robin, uhh, Supergirl, Nightwing, Mr. Miracle or Orion, Hawkman, Green Arrow. A rep from just about every group I suppose.

I guess you can say;

People who have a solo book are the main heroes.

People who appear in a team book but don't have their own book are 2nd tier.

People who don't have a book or don't appear in a team book but make regular cameos in other books are 3rd tier (maybe also have irregular miniseries).

People who don't have a book, aren't in a team book, don't make regular cameos and only seem to show up in crowd shots in crossovers are 4th tier.

People in limbo are 5th tier.

If you want to try and be analytical about it.

Don't forget the original Red Tornado

Oh Ma Hunkle, how I long to sniff your soiled bloomers.....did I really just type that?

makes sense

Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash, Green Lantern. And I list that in order of "popularity". And when I say "popularity" I mean that the average person has heard more things about those characters (good or bad, it is still publicity).

There are other characters that are big within the DCU such as Martian Manhunter, but if you walk up to the average person in our day and age and ask "Do you like the Martian Manhunter?" they will look at you all 'tarded-like because they wouldn't have a clue who you were referring to since he has almost no real exposure to mainstream media until the recent JL/JLU Timmverse cartoon. But even there, only pre-teens/teens who don't read comics would know who he is.

Why not set up your figures differently every month. One month put up 7-10 DCU female figures like:
Wonder Woman
Zatanna
Black Canary
Vixen
Power Girl
Batgirl
Mary Marvel
Supergirl
Hawkgirl
Fire

Or set them up in the fashion like Justice League of Aliens, Justice League of Amazons, Justice League of Atlantis, etc.
