Sequels The next leader of Hydra

IF we assume Hydra will still feature in the MCU and possibly in the next cap movie, who should lead them? I would go for Sin (not sure who I would go for to play her though...)

Well, they were basically wiped out on the last season of Agents of Shield, but Hydra always finds a way of resurrecting itself. Madame Hydra seems the obvious choice. Possibly a Red Skull return.
