I'd like to see Carol Danvers have the same thing. Of course, they could do more with Carol then Jessica in an introductory movie IMO.

Carol is less complex, already can be an agent of SHIELD, and can do stuff in the background before she got her powers without taking over the story. I guess they could do the same to Jess, but I think it would be best not to give her powers yet. She could just be a random Hydra agent or something who gets her ass kicked by Cap then never seen again in the movie.

A solo movie of SW they could make later establishing what happened to her first appearance.
