You have to optimize it.

Use a website like ezgif.com, it allows you to play around with you gif.

Thanks. I'm on it now. Which method do you recommend? I'd like to lose as little quality as possible, but still get it down to the ****ing stupid 20 KB limit.

I think you can go down to 50 kb even though the rule says 20 kb for level 4 users.

Start with level 30 lossy gif and/or rry removing 4th frame and work your way down to 50 kb.

Dude, I made my version completely on my own. Didn't use yours at all. I don't steal other people's stuff. If you don't believe me, take a closer look at my version and compare it with yours. There is a red blast in yours and not mine. You cut in more footage.

If it makes you feel better, make a 100 x 100 version for him so that he could use later.

Just a little tip from someone that has been here a long time and made a lot of avvies, don't take it personally, I've made avvies for people and they've changed them for something else less than a day later, I've made one and they've never used them at all, and I've made one at the same time as someone else has and the poster has chosen the other persons version. It's part of the territory when you participate in this thread.

Thanks, but I really don't like the rules here regarding avatars. I'll make them for other people, but not for myself. I have my own board where my rules on avatars are a lot more casual.
