Vader FTW!

Vader is up 5-2 now ... Maul is proving to be a better opponent that I thought ... but Lord Vader is pleased with his results so far ...

That was fast, dude.

I went with Vader because he's mostly machine, and so can last longer in a fight. I mean Maul is quick and all, but after a while of all that spinning, twisting, and flipping around, he's going to get a little tired.

I keep watching to see what people think.

The voting is open until monday at 8 am so tomorrow I will not have time to check it and I like to keep the count accurate.

Thanks for input Jim ... and your thoughts. The chamber is pretty specific and that was part of the design. It creates a unique situation where there is some room but not tooo much.

The force adds speed and power to their movements so that they don't tire like they ordinarily would. The stronger they are with the force the less they will tire. Maul was strong enough to fight two Jedi at once or technically one Jedi and one apprentice.

Only way out is complete victory over opponent by submission or death.

Walls cannot crumble or crack. No phasing through, floor is solid concrete as well.

The Combatants have one hour to prepare beforehand and are dropped in with their standard weapons:

Erm....another thought, Vader didn't single handedly exterminate the jedi, the emperor raised a massive army to do that through trickery. Have you seen Vader doing all the crazy jumpy stuff? No.

Maul was very much positive in his choice, he never was internally conflicted, and so a lot more confidence etc. I don't recall Vader taking on 2 Jedi's at once either....

The blow is blocked ... and Maul realizes Vader has moved towards the wall. He has eliminated most of the athletic ability of the other Dark Sith ... whose smile begins to fade.
The Breathing grows louder and Maul flips backwards, extending his power to press off the choking force of Vader ..."
"Vader steps back against the wall with one foot, stepping up and lauching and himself against Maul, bringing his sabre down, the two blades flashing and moving in a blinding series of parries, thrusts and blocks, the greater strength of Vader smashing against the twirling and spinning Martial Arts moves of Maul, whose two ended sabre is holding Vader at bay, the two slowly turning in an ever tightening circle ..."
"A thrust from the Dark Lord is a feint ... he connects on Maul's Sabre and suddenly Maul is down to a single blade ..."
"In the midst of a fierce clash the Dark Lord Vader catches Maul with a kick to his left leg that staggers Maul for a moment, who spins away but realizes that Vader has injured his knee ... They Clash again and Maul lands a blow onto the armoured shoulder of Vader, who continues on seemingly unscatched but breathing harder ... his life support system humming loudly ..."
"In the midst of a clash Maul leaps to avoid a heavy downward slice from Vader, who uses that moment to direct his dark Force against Maul's knee ... grimacing the hobbled Maul stand's awkwardly. He smiles and his eyes widen as he moved the damaged limb behind him ... he swings his Sabre and calls Vader to him ... 'Let's us finish this' ..."
"Vader slowly advances ... his breathing slowing and steady ... his sabre loose in front of him ... he closes on Maul and stands in front of him. Maul lunges and twirls, but Vader leaps, rebounds off the force Dome awkwardly but lands behind Maul, slicing down and taking his left arm off ..."

LORD VADER TRIUMPHANT. The emperor smiles and leaves the Chamber viewing Gallery ...
