The Official Fantasy Football advice thread. - Part 1

hmm do i start russell against denver or cam against pittsburgh

As much as I think Russell is the safest bet, the Steelers D is just in a bad state right now.

I've got the Ravens D but I've got West in this week. I can pick up the Miami D since they are playing KC. I've got players I can drop so I can keep the Ravens D if I want. If Miami play like they did against the Pats it could be a good move but if they play like last week then I'd screw myself. Playing the top guy this week. Need all the points iI can get.

Alright, need some help this week. I don't really have any good options, but I need solid lineup. Biggest concern is whether or not I should play Roddy White tonight

I think I'll go ahead and sit him. Mike Wallace has been on my bench the last two weeks and he always gets decent points. Roddy White hasn't done much yet this season.

Matt I was in the same boat as you my friend. I knew Atlanta was going to murder my team but I sat Hester and he blew up. Almost 20 points in my league. Kicking myself now

I know, should have sat Cooks. The guy I'm playing this week has manning so I wanted to keep Sanders in so if he connects to him then it negates the points

tbh I would try sell Sanders, esp now that Welker has returned his targets will decrease.

Damn Welker is back? I gotta pay more attention. Wish I had known that before Thursday's game

Brady or Flacco? Brady has been a massive disappointment this season, and I really want to bench his ass.

As much as it pains me to say it, go with Brady (even though he is stinking it up Tom Brady is 1 for 13 on passes traveling 20+ yards in the air this year) the Chiefs D is banged up and are without Eric Berry so basically their secondary is a total joke so if Brady is going to make some sort of return it has to be this Monday night.

Meanwhile Ravens LT Eugene Monroe is out for several weeks due to a knee op, so I expect Flacco to be running around a lot vs the Panther D

I'll start Brady, but man he's gotta pick his game up. The Pats have been kinda sad this season. They barely beat the damn Raiders.

Guess who benched Eli Manning? ME! I played Donnell though on a whim. Great choice on my part.

Should I start Russell Wilson or Andrew Luck?

Also, should I start Ivory or Sproles?

wilson or luck is super tough. i kinda envy that you have both to pick from

as for the others, i have ivory, so i'm sending him good vibes that he will play well, so that might help you too lol

Yeah I might keep Ivory...hopefully he actually does something this week. And I'm going back and forth with Wilson and Luck, both players have a lot of good things going on this week.

Desean Jackson, Brian Quick or Kelvin Benjamin?

Steven Jackson, Ronnie Hillman or Matt Asiata?

Ronnie Hillman, Jerick McKinnon, Shane Vereen or LeSean McCoy for my two rbs this week?

i'd be hard pressed to not play McCoy. you never know when he's gonna go crazy

Ronnie Hillman, Jerick McKinnon, Shane Vereen or LeSean McCoy for my two rbs this week?

Hillman, Chargers D has been pretty suspect in stopping the run (giving up roughly 16pt a game)

McKinnon - Tampa are in the bottom 5 in run defense and Jerick seems to have taken over as lead back (which is no surprise)

You can't sit LeSean McCoy. That's MADNESS!

Here's one for you: Jay Cutler or Russell Wilson?

Personally Id keep him on the bench just for this week, as Arizona has the no1 ranked rushing defense.
