Well, I actually Like Johnny Cash quite a bit, so I guess in a weird way I like "country" Plus, for some Bizarre reason my mom liked Kenny Rogers so when I was a kid I always ended up listening to both him and Dolly Parton ( mom, Dolly Parton? WTF?!) "The Gambler" is pretty rawking when you're a child.

I was thinking If I like any country out today, but no it makes me want to puke into their stetsons and dance a happy Jig. I keep thinking of that Vandals song.

"Rush On Love" and "The Corn Won't Grow, So Rock N' Roll" by Goose Creek Symphony! Although they were country/rock/bluegrass, not just straight country.

Oh ****, how could I have forgotten Hoyt? On The Natural, Della And The Dealer, Never Been To Spain, Beelzebub's Laughter, Gypsy Wind, Snow Blind Friend etc.

Hoyt Axton is probably the best country singer-songwriter there ever was and IMO hes one of the best singer-songwriters from the 20th century period. Hes way too underappreciated.

Yea that's a good song right there! IDK I really can't stand women country singers. I don't think it sound good. I guess the only women that I think are good are Dolly Parton, Erika Jo, Kelly Pickler, and maybe Carrie Underwood.

I've never really listened to alot of country, but I have some friends that do, and I listen to it through them. There are some songs that I really like, but none I would call my favorite. Currently, the ones I am listening to are:

The Boondocks- Little Big Town
Whiskey-Pat Green
I got a brand new Girlfriend- Steve Holly
Podunk-Keith Anderson
Little Bitty- Alan Jackson

And then fun bar songs like Whiskey girl, Honkytonk Bodonkadonk, (actually most things by Toby Keith, Trace Adkins, or Big&Rich)
