Maybe in all that time Bart was keeping SBP occupied, SBP played a lot of Emo music (he had time to build that strength enhancing armor crap, why not a stereo). It was just too traumatic for Bart and thats why his hearts not in it right now.

i agree... ive said it many times; im not opposed to bart being the flash... just not yet... and not like this... him being aged and wally being bumped feels forced... kinda lame...
