I was exagerating, but there are only four that I enjoy. AXM, Ultimates, Runaways, and YA

The Ultimates 2 sucks.

Anyways, Marvel has more than just 3 good books. There's Uncanny X-Men, Astonishing X-Men, Cable & Deadpool, X-Factor, Young Avengers, from what I hear Incredible Hulk, Moon Knight, Runaways, and Iron Man are also great.
You heard wrong, and the other ones you mentioned suck, also.

Id like to see Leaguer post seriously one day.

Soundwave jealous.

Besides, you still rate below both Soundwave and me.

Wha? You thought that Nightwing was better than The Flash?

Have you read Nightwing before? Or know what Nightwing is about? Because, don't take this the wrong way, Nightwing is FREAKIN' HORRIBLE. Dick Grayson is horribly out of character. Jason Todd is RIDICULOUSLY out of character. And nothing in the one year later arc has made ANY sense. Most Nightwing fans have long dropped this title and are waiting for a real comic book team like Marv Wolfman and Dan Jurgens come and SAVE this title.

And the fact that you're abandoning a comic company based on two bad books, which are basically the two worst One Year Later books that DC is putting out, than you need to pick up other DC books.

I'd highly suggest to you to possibly pick up Detective Comics and Batman. Detective Comics would be the best choice because it's all one shots so far and Paul Dini has been writing great stories so far.

And I'm sure other posters here can give you some amazing DC titles to read besides two of the worst titles DC is putting out right now.

The Flash, in my opinion, really isn't that horrible. It's just the fact that they haven't even explained where the HELL Wally West is at, why he isn't around, and exactly why Bart Allen has to be The Flash. But to say THAT'S worse than Nightwing is crazy.
Well here's the thing: I'm not really that interested in Batman or Superman and definately not Wonderwoman. If I don't like the character I'm just not going to waste my time with the book. That's just how I am.

Flash is one of my favorites from when I was a kid and Nightwing is a pretty cool character from what I've seen of him. Apparantly that is just bad luck for me.

But hey, Marvel has a lot of good books and I am enjoying Civil War a LOT more than I enjoyed Infinite Crisis. :o

But to each his own I guess.

Indeed- if everyone had good taste, Marvel would be out of business.

We already know.

DC only publishes quality comics. It takes very good tastes to make Jason Todd an octupus monster, or have Bart hang out with the hos at a bar.

Hey, that's cool. I figured maybe you could give other DC characters a shot, but if you're not really interested I can't force you. Though it would be cool to force someone to read a certain comic, heh.

I'm enjoying Civil War a lot as well, especially Civil War Frontline, that's been one awesome book. Infinite Crisis was really good, but I agree with you...so far Civil War has been really great.

Everybody does have good taste. Just because people don't want to read exactly what YOU'RE reading doesn't mean they have bad taste. Bad and Good taste is up to that persons personality and their favorite characters, and favorite writers, artists, and types of stories.

No, that's personal taste. Some people have bad personal tastes. People who read DC have good personal tastes. A fine distinction, to be sure, but it's there. ;)

Everything is personal taste. Who made someone the God of what is good taste and bad taste? One man's trash is another man's treasure. Neither are wrong and neither are right. It's their personal tastes of what they consider is good and what is bad.

Some people expect more out of their comics and some people don't ask for that much, just to be entertained by their favorite characters or creators.

To criticize someones tastes over what company they read is rather ignorant.

Criticizing someone's taste over what company they read is rather ignorant as long as they like DC. Liking Marvel is just ******ed.

lol, so anyway back to the flash

the drawings for the comics to come look alot better. bart looks a little younger a little leaner. its nice...or at least better

I can't wait for the artist to start drawing Bart looking older and more like Wally and calling him Wally and everyone in the comic to act like he's Wally and for the writer to call him Wally and for Bart to die.
