please lead me to the proof of that this is true and I'll stop right now, otherwise I'll talk it as more fan wank bs based on groundless disapproval and nothing more. real proof.
It was on Hollywood Reporter and similar blogs ages ago when Snyder was first announced as the chosen director from the list that got released prior.
Many in the Superman forum would remember that; Showtime, Jamie etc
Martin Campbell is in better alignment with nolan level quality than most other directors out there and look at what he's wrought. Snyder is colourful action packed spectacle that has only ever lacked in the scripting department. He's faithful to material however vintage or out there and he doesn't fancy himself about it, even to his detriment.
Campbells a great director, but he was clearly hampered by a bad script and bad approach by the studio for this. He didn't have full control here.
Snyder is a great choice and his casting choices are just the first sign of that, oh wait....nolan did that too I suppose.
Definitely Nolan casting choices for this. MoS has the advantage of having strong script writers, but a mediocre director...
