Those scrambled eggs of yours look tasty but may I suggest you also add some chopped tomatoes.

I have a type of recipe but I am not sure of the proportions.

You take about 1 pound of ground beef (the best quality you can find) and put it into a bowl. You take about 1/2 pound of potatoes (peeled) and boil them until they are fully cooked. Afterwards, you mix in the potatoes with the meat and some chopped onions. Take two raw eggs and mix them in with the meat/potato/onion mixture. Use your hands to make sure they all pretty much blend together.

Then make some oval balls with the mixture and dip the shape into flour. Then basically fry it in oil on both sides. You sould be able to make about 10 or more pieces out of the one mixture.

Black Russian

The Black Russian is a simple vodka and Kahlua drink. This popular lowball is known throughout the world and is so popular that it (and the White Russian) should be one of the first that every aspiring bartender should memorize.
INGREDIENTS:

* 1 3/4 oz vodka
* 3/4 oz Kahlua

PREPARATION:

1. Build the ingredients in an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
2. Stir well.

every party or gettogether i make a magical thing i call Poo dip. Its so easy and people always flock to it.

Poo Dip
1 can - staggs turkey ranchero chili
1 can - staggs veggy chili
1 block - fat free (or regular good ol' fatty) cream cheese

microwave and serve warm in a crock pot dealio.

you can serve it with tortilla chips, crackers or prettymuch anything dippable. You can pretty much use any chili for it but the Staggs has lots of stuff in it and is nice and thick. At partys, people dip pretty much anything in it from pigs in a blanket to fruit, (maybe being drunk has to do with the dipping of sugary things) Either way, try it out.. and when people ask what it is, tell um Its poo dip, becasue its the ****! lol.

SuperFerret's Famous Pepperoni Omelette (Warning: Spicy stuff)

3 Extra Large Eggs (chicken eggs preferably)
1 or 2 slices of sliced pepperoni (the kind you'd get at a deli, not the small ones for a pizza, if you want the small ones, use more)
1 or 2 slices of cheese (whatever your preference is, I usually use American, but cheddar was pretty good as well)
1 slice of white bread
some ground black pepper
some tabasco sauce

Step 1: Scramble the eggs, adding the pepper and tabasco sauce as you do so. Don't add it to the frying pan yet, as it cooks fast.
Step 2: Cut up the pepperoni (I cut it into 8ths, if you want bigger pieces or are using the small ones, quarters or halves are fine), the cheese (at least in half) and the bread (quarters or 8ths are fine).
Step 3: NOW add the eggs to the pan. Let it cook for a bit, then add the 'roni and the bread. Start to flip, mix or however you want to move around the eggs so they cook evenly.
Step 4: Let the egg mixture cook until about halfway, then toss in half the cheese. Flip, mix, etc. then add the rest of the cheese.
Step 5: Continue to cook until all the eggs are done (salmonella is bad), put on plate and enjoy.

Perfect pancakes

1 cup all purpose flower
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups buttermilk
1 egg

In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients using a big spoon. Once thoroughly mixed, add in the egg and buttermilk, making sure to break the yoke of the egg at the start of mixing. Stir until you have a lumpy batter, but don't overmix! If you have an electric griddle, have it heated to 300º F, and butter it. Otherwise, just use a big skillet over medium stove heat. Pour down the batter using a ladel or a measuring cup (about 1/3 of a cup is about right), let it cook until you see firm bubble holes appear. Check under the edge of the pancake using your flipper, and if it's golden brown, turn it over to cook the other side.

The pancakes should turn out light and fluffy, like the kind you get from a restaurant. For the best eating experience, use real maple syrup and heat it up in the microwave for a about 20-30 seconds in a serving dish. Heating the syrup brings out more of its flavor, and allows it to go a lot further than if it's cold since it will have a thinner consistency.

Steakhouse Sandwich

2 slices of your favorite bread
1 slice of Velveeta cheese
4 Steak Umms strips (or other frozen sandwich steak)
Mayonnaise
A1 Steak Sauce

Using a George Forman grill, grill the steak-umms 2 at a time, one on top of the other for 2 minutes per session. While the steaks cook, toast the two slices of bread. When the steaks are done, put them on a microwave safe plate and fold them into roughly the size and shape of the bread you will be using, and then put the velveeta on top. Microwave for about 20 seconds or until the cheese melts. Take your toast and spread mayonnaise on both slices, being sure to go all the way to the edge. Take the A1 sauce and sprinkle some on one of the slices of toast. Now, take the steaks and cheese, and place it on top of the slice of toast with the A1 sauce, meat side down, then close the sandwich. You can optionally add lettuce and tomato, or sauteed onions. Enjoy!

Adding bread to an omelet? Interesting and interestinger.

It's edible and tastes good, and that's all that matters.

I'm not turning my nose up at it... it sounds delish and I'd def try it. I'm just saying that I've never seen/tasted it. Sounds like great hangover food.

To start off:

A yummy way to prepare chicken! I just tried this recipe tonight:

Japanese Chicken-Scallion Rice Bowl

115277_yr_feature.jpg

Ingredients

1. 1 1/2 cups instant brown rice
2. 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
3. 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
4. 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
5. 1 tablespoon mirin
6. 2 large egg whites
7. 1 large egg
8. 8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
9. 6 scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced

Cooking Directions

1. Prepare instant brown rice according to package directions.
2. Pour broth into a heavy medium saucepan, along with sugar, soy sauce and mirin. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low.
3. Stir egg whites and whole egg in a small bowl until just mixed. Add chicken to the simmering broth. Gently pour in the egg mixture, without stirring. Sprinkle scallions on top. When the egg starts to firm up, after about 3 minutes, stir it with chopsticks or a knife. (The chicken will be cooked by now.) Divide the rice among 4 deep soup bowls and top with the chicken mixture.

Here's the quintessence of Japanese home cooking: an aromatic, protein-rich broth served over rice. Admittedly, Japanese cooking leans heavily on sugar--for a less traditional taste, you could reduce or even omit the sugar.
Notes:

Ingredient Tip

Mirin is a low-alcohol rice wine essential to Japanese cooking. Look for it in your supermarket with the Asian or gourmet ingredients. An equal portion of sherry or white wine with a pinch of sugar may be substituted for mirin.

High in protein, very low in fat. I loved it! I added more chicken, and used only one tablespoon of sugar. I also didn't have mirin sitting around my kitchen and didn't feel like going to the store just for that, so I omitted it. I added a few drops of sesame oil, instead. I'm sure it would taste even better with the mirin.

This was absurdly easy to cook, and the sugar and mirin could easily be taken out and substituted with something spicy, such as red pepper flakes or a good Asian hot sauce.
