Picoult first issue was pretty good. There was some rough, annoying things about it. But it just wasn't the type of writing I could call meh; it was hardly bland or boring.

I think I'm going to be checking out the new Booster Gold series when it comes out in July. I was reading about it in the latest Wizard and it sounds really interesting. I'm a nut for time travel stuff so it's right up my alley apparently. It also helps out a lot that Geoff Johns is writing and Dan F'n Jurgens is do pencils. I'll check out the first story which sounds awesome. Apparently a villain is going to kill the big three and Booster Gold has to stop them from being killed. Sounds intense. I'll be there.

Amazing Spider-Man is the only one worth the cover price for me, and that's mostly due to Garney's pencils.
