I want to make one for Halloween. I will post it up when it is made. You can post yours as well.

Hello Thinkton. I am looking forward to seeing your mask. I just have the deluxe mask but I have been interested in making my own from a burlap sack but have no idea where to begin or where to get the sack from.

If you head to your local country market, they should have burlap sacks. The ones I have seen usually are used for selling potatoes and apples.

Thanks Body by Joker. I will give that a try. Or failing that there is always ebay.

Hey that's pretty good. How long did your friend take to make his mask AZ? Love the straight jacket.

He actually bought the mask off of a guy named Tyler Haslett. He is the same guy that made the Joker bank robbery mask a few months back.

Here is another one from free comic book day back in may

I have the burlap material. All I need is two more item's I believe.

Here is the burlap and the leather lace for the mouth. I'am hoping to finish in a couple weeks.

It'd be cool if someone were to attempt the Arkham Asylum version of Scarecrow... it's pretty creepy:

If I attempt to make an AA Scarecrow costume, I might do away with the needle glove and replace it with some sort of gas canister.

I have both. The deluxe mask and Tyler's. I loved the deluxe mask and think they did a great job on it...probably the best job they've done on any of the Batman masks. However, Tyler's mask IS the Scarecrow mask..simply put and I haven't seen anything that touches it. He's working on a new project for me, and when I'll get it, I'll post pics, which I believe will be truly amazing. I believe in Tyler Haslett.

How much did he charge to make one?

I make Scarecrow masks as well. I'm looking to trade one for a bat cowl if anyone is interested. up for selling em too. These are two that i made that i still have. I sold a few others last Halloween. I've made ones in other styles. One had a skullish nose to look like the redesigned TAS scarecrow. I'm getting stared on an Arkham Asylum scarecrow this weekend.

Mask one:

Sorry about those sideways pics. Photobucket keeps flipping pictures of me in the masks.

I wanted to be Scarecrow for this Halloween, but now I'm going as Rorshach. These masks look great!

what are the odds of you taking me a picture of it laying flat? so i can see the seams and all....im trying to make one myself

No, but here's the reference I used:

Batman Begins making of book
and Batman Begins the movie

I attempted a mix between the Batman Begins and Arkham Asylum masks, myself.
