Ok so wizard put out some preview pages for this today and I couldn't find a thread for it so I thought I'd start one.

SON OF M told how Quicksilver stole the precious Terrigen Mists from the Inhumans and how Black Bolt retaliated by declaring war on humanity. Now that war is about to break loose as Gorgon leads a terrorist attack on New York. Old friends become deadly enemies when the Fantastic Four are forced to defend their city against the Inhumans.

I love the art and the concept of setting it up like a terrorist incursion is quite interesting. Just thank god millar isn't doing it

Art's pretty stunning, everything that the Inhumans have been in recently has been gold to be honest (barring Black Panther & hmm maybe NA). Son Of M rocked, hopefully this is just as good.

Between one of the Joe Friday's threads and the Bring back Black Bolt thread we discussed most of that stuff, including the preview. But, yeah, a lot of us are stoked about this event.

Why is it that the Inhumans always have to have this kind of art style?

It is gonna be pretty good, the inhumans need more spotlight, they should be introduced in FF3.

I don't know if it would work for non-comics fans. They're cool in terms of the characters but people would probably laugh everytime black bolt comes on screen because that costume does look kind of ridiculous.

Also the concept of a giant dog with the ability to teleport anywhere in the universe...

I love the characters but it just wouldn't work with a mainstream audience

Anything could work, as long as its done proporly, Black Bolts costume isn't bad at all. Plus FF are more sci-fi, it wouldn't be off the wall for the Inhumans to show up, if they where in any FF movie I doubt they would wear costumes anyway.

Neither of them would last, they deserve them though. Namor's got a mini coming out soon so you never know, both of them are getting well deserved exposure now though.

I would be awesome.....But I don't think I would read the IH ongoing...Silent war is something I am all over, and I hope it does spawn an ongoing for them....Just saying I wouldn't pick it up....
