I just wanna see Spacey on Leno... Now PLEASE, someone, GET THIS THING ON-LINE!
 
That was hilarious when Jay's joke about the English guy bombed! His face was priceless!
 
James Marsden was just on "The Late Late Show" with Craig Ferguson. Seemed like a pretty cool guy. He described his character's relationship to Superman as being his "emotional kryptonite."

I thought Spacey on Leno was better than what Letterman did, even thought Routh took it like a pro & was great. It was very neat to hear the Superman theme play when Spacey came out. I was expecting a normal theme they always play whenever celebrities appear on Leno. And it great to see the "Promethus" scene in better quality & sound than the IESB one. :)
 
I just hate Leno and his stupid stereotype jokes..."How do you like the dental care out there"...okay Jay we get it, you think British people have bad teeth and bad dental care is still funny to you...because you are a child..."What do they think of your accent?" Are you kidding me?! We're talking to Kevin Spacey here not a relative who just got back from their trip backpacking across Europe. Why is any of this funny to him? I only watch Leno to pass the time before Conan and to see what guests are on but thats it...the man is complete a$$. Spacey was great, a real professional and has such a great sense of humor (Johnny Carson impression was great)...and man that clip they showed was great too...it gave me goosebumps...it reminded me of Hackman's Luthor "No, "M", for moron!" Where's Otis when you want him...Ha...no I really like this Lex because he's showing a real balance between diabolical and well...a little...not much but a little Hackman. I know they'll say not really but I see it.
 
Spacey pwned Leno. I agree, Leno was talking like a *****ebag about the British accent thing. Ironically enough, Kate Beckinsale was on Conan afterwards and he commented her American accent was awesome. :up:

I hadn't seen the clip before. Wow, Spacey was born to play Lex! He's going to be frickin badass! I hope he channeled some of Rosenbaum's Lex, I love the evil-manipulation he does all the time on Smallville.

Anyone have the full quote on the part where he gives the "Gods are guys who fly around in little red capes" speech? :up:

It looks like Ebert and Roeper is on 11:35pm Eastern Time Sunday night on ABC.

It doesn't list Superman Returns as one of the shows they will be covering, but that doesn't mean anything.

I got that impression from Roeper on Leno. I've heard he changed his mind somehwere but dont quote me on that. They air here in DC at 1am on sunday which sucks. I'm looking forward to it though because if they both did indeed not like the film at least they will give good reasons as to why. They wont just be "too young" or "not enough action". I think they will point out what genuinely is wrong with the film or what isnt.

Roeper I think may have a better handle on the film though. He did say that fans and comic book people will love it. So I think he seems to recognize that just because he didnt like it some others will see this as a great film. However Ebert seems to be out of touch lately.
