If that was to be a part of Devastator then IMO he would be WAAAAAAAY to big. He looks good, but overkill on the size.

Screw being just part of Devastator, that could be the movie version of Devastator right there in one vehicle.

Looks awsome except that he's extremely thin. If he had more weight to his body as a whole he would have been a perfect movie design.
