For Transformers 3... coz, stylistically speaking, the third in a comic book franchise SHOULD be the evil version of the hero character... Spider-Man 3 had black suit/Venom... Superman 3 had Evil Supes, and Batman Forever had well... Val Kilmer as Batman... heh...

Conviently arriving black meteor hits Optimus Prime, turning him into Scourge the Nemesis Prime! He discovers his new paint job not only increases all his posability, but also makes him an angry strutting 'bot. He boots Megs out of the Decepticons, and takes over, forcing Megs to join with the Autobots to defeat Nemesis Prime.

Or why not just introduce the Stunticons and have Motormaster as the evil Prime? That would work well as the Autobots would have road rivals. But then would you have to introduce the Arielbots? Thus convoluting thngs further?

As a fan I think its pretty cool, however I don't think the non fans would buy it, it feels kinda Power Rangers corny.

for a fan-movie? no...he looks pretty awesome. for an official movie? i believe so. he doesn't look like he's made out of actual vehicle parts the way "Bayfomers" do. try showing the model of that 350z up close (ala Prime kneeling in front of Sam and Mikaela) especially in a theater.

for material made solely for the fans, it's perfect. for a movie that the whole world is going to see, the design is unacceptable imo.

Looks really good so far. Glad to see you gave Optimus the hand held cannon instead of his morphing one. Also very glad to see Megan with lots of *ahem* kinetic energy going on there. Keep up with the updates.
