I say this as someone that was pretty down the Paranormal/UFO rabbit hole as a younger lad. From the late 80's up until about the turn of the century, Alien/UFO reports were all over... Then everyone got a camera in their pocket and they dried up.


That out there... The handful of totally unexplained sightings that pass some kind of muster as to how, well... unexplained they are still intrigues me.

People who believe in UFOs say they're hiding themselves, well...even if we assume that, it would make sense to do so only on Earth. We were not technologically advanced a hundred years back, but now we can send probes to Moon, Mars and other places in our solar system, why we see no alien structures or bases on Moon, Mars, or anywhere else in our solar system ?

All planets and their Moons are still uninhabited by humans, meaning that any unnatural structure (whether Aliens made it in past or present) can be easily detected, but we see nothing, which makes me think UFO claims are rather dubious.

You seem to be assuming that aliens will come from either our Moon, or Mars. This is unlikely. If they’re coming here, and if they’re watching us, they’re coming here and doing so from far, far away.

Humanity hasn’t really explored this solar system in its entirety, let alone other planets outside of our own little collection. We know of a few that are similar in size to Earth, those Goldilocks ones, but their composition, atmosphere and geographics we know nothing about.

They've released classified files before, and they proved to be nothing of any real interest or value. These will be the same. No government is going to openly come out and say "aliens are real, and here's the video proof".

Oh I think they probably have, except I don't think many (if any) of us are aware of it. If aliens were advanced enough to travel the stars and get here, they'd not be stupid enough to allow us to see them.

In any case, when articles like this come around, and there's a statement about secret files being released ... there's no actual substance to them, so why the false hope and/or hype? What exactly are people expecting to honestly be released?
