The only two character named Gonzo I can think of are the late Hunter S. Thompson and the muppet? I know there's a golden age character named "Bozo the Robot" but I'm not sure who Gonzo would be in terms of the DC universe.

So, Miss America. Had no idea she had power like that. Of course the only time i've ever seen her was in James Robinson's Golden Age when Robot Man
Crushed her head while she was exsposing Hitler

'twas a sad sight.I friggin' hated Robot Man with a goddamn passion in that story.

Anyways, this mini is really awesome.I still have #5 laying around unread.Been very busy so I might read it later if I get a chance.

I really wish this would get an ongoing. If anything,I hope they get a bunch of minis which would still be good. How are the sales on Jonah Hex anyways? That's an ongoing isn't it?

Wow, did anybody else kind of laugh when
Uncle Sam basically turned into a hobo
when Miss America did her thing? Anyway, I loved the whole bit with
the new Red Bee, and the ending with the original Miss America coming into the fray,
I really can't wait for the next issue  :D

The last issue was excellent.

Basically a big fight scene and moving the plot on into the final act.

We also get Stan Silver to be reveled as a traitor (as many people guessed would happen - or maybe just really hoped) which now leads the way fro Ray Terrill which would be a great end to the series. Phantom Lady and Black Condor also meet a glowing friend of Sam which could be Ray.

I didn't expect Invisible Hood to die so that shocked the hell out of me and I want to know more about Father Time, he seems very interesting. Fantastic issue.

Pity it wont be made an ongoing due to low sales.

Isn't it kinda...convenient...though, that the one redneck mouther on the team ends up being the traitor?

Miss America is the hottest old lady I know.

If Morrison took all his ideas and took this baby on as an ongoing,I don't think DC would have to worry about sales with him at the helm.

Then again,he's got his plate more than full right now.

Who knows, Morrison is a big name, but it doesnt mean everything he does sells like hotcakes either.

I remember reading the first issue, but lost track of it after. I'll definately check it out when it hits TPB, though.

I'm loving every panel of this series.
Daniel Acuna is my favorite artist on the planet right now and I couldn't believe it when they gave him this series to draw.
If I ever see an original drawing of his at a convention I just may drop a G or 2 on it.
Oh, and I love the story and characters too.

I'd love this book to turn into an ongoing.

Not Stormy though. She's like what my twin and I fused would become. >.< I'd BEYOND hate that.

Emergency hate that.

I still think he's one of the few writers today whom people would follow no matter what he is writing.

When this mini is done,I just hope the characters aren't forgotten about.
