Zodiac with Charlotte's Web??? WTFLOL!

CW is Paramount's movie, so I think they will put Zodiac most likely with this movie.

I doubt it Cine,CW is a kids movie with an audience most likely made of families,i don't think A serial killer movie is the type of trailer they will attach to it

That logic doesn't always apply Cine.
Spiderman 3 is a sony movie , yet it's trailer was shown with Superman.
Attack of the clones was technically a Fox movie , yet the first teaser of Matrix Reloaded was attached to it.

While i'm not sure on this , ísn't it so that it's the audience who really determines the trailers attached
If you have a movie with a mature audience, you'll get the more serious trailers. And kiddie audience gives kiddie trailers.
Blockbusters trailers tend to be attached to BlockBuster movies.

I do find it strange that Charlotte Web , which really is promoted as a girlie movie ( mebbe even for kids...little girls) get such a "heavy " trailer attached.

But Hollywoodland trailer also was attched to POTC2, wasn't it?

Yes but Hollywood land does deal with the murder, but in a much later stage.
Besides , like i said. When you have a mature audience , you will have an appropriate trailer. There were alot of parents also watching POTC . Also adults and even elderly people.

Zodiac seems to be much more grittier then Hollywoodland

Ok, I will agree with you. I think Bobby can be right choice for Zodiac trailer.

Definately.Especially with the reviews it got at the Venice film festival.

Hi, I'm John, and I'm an aquarius.

I'm thought to have a creative, challenging, entertaining, progressive, stimulating, independent, and determined character, but one which is also prone to rebelliousness, coldness, erraticism, cowardice, and impracticality.

Well Overall what did everyone think of the film? Me personally very underrated film of 2007

Great film, excellent script, nice acting, amazing direction.

9 out of 10.

Indeed. It was the best film of 2007 in my opinion. It got completely snubbed at the Oscars. It could of taken Juno's slot for Best Picture. :whatever: And no Robert Downey Jr. for Best Supporting Actor. He was just incredible like always. His nuances really made him of one my favorite characters. But there was never a time where I wanted to go back to the other character's story. Downey Jr., Ruffulo, Gyllenhaal all kept me glued to the screen. The three leads were very well balanced and developed. Each of them had their separtae stories sometimes simultaneously and sometimes separate. I love everything about this film. It was the character development that made the film for me. Now I'm even more excited about Spider-Man 4 because James Vanderbilt is writing the screenplay. :spidey::up:

Great film however it's a lousy representative of the murders. I feel really bad for Arthur Leigh Allen's family, having to go through all this when he obviously wasn't the killer.

^^^

It wasn't prove whther he was killer or not, as he had died befor the repeated investigation.

One of the things that I'm still trying to figure out is do you think Fincher kind of alluded more to Allen as the killer? I'm convinced Allen was the killer. But I'm not sure. Do you think he made it ambiguous or not in your opinion?

I think the film definitely had a bias towards the Allen theory. But seeing as how David Fincher ain't no dummy, I'm sure he knew of all the evidence against the Allen theory, and sort of used the "OMG ALLEN IS THE KILLER" scene to give the film a sense of semi-closure.

That's what made me convinced. But yeah, I do think there was sort of a bias. But then again, the evidense is all in the film. But I still think Allen was the killer.

Well, if you're only source of information was the film, then I would agree with you. But you have to remember there is TONS of information on the Zodiac killings that the film did not dwell on. Which I sympathize with, because it would be one hell of a boring movie if they included every single suspect and detail revolving around the case, not to mention it would be around twelve hours long. I would suggest going to this site to learn more about the case and the players. There's a new suspect that popped up recently that I find really interesting.
