Is there much hope of Partey's fortunes at Arsenal turning around? I remember that good strategy video you posted a while ago.

Well at least he won something this year...
Thomas Partey will be recognised as La Liga champion after Atleti win - Balague - MyJoyOnline.com

He probably needs to stay fit for a full season and Arsenal just need to get better players around him in general. Also I guess Arteta's job must be up for debate after this season finishing 8th or 9th??

Arteta should realistically be sacked based on this season but in a weird way I would be surprised considering they seem to put a weird amount of trust in him based on nothing we've seen in the actual games.

I don't think as long as Arteta is the manager, anyone (aside from some Arsenal fans) will even view them as a threat for top4 (or top6) and I think that speaks volumes about how poorly they've been doing lately.

9th is crazy for a team like Arsenal. It shouldn’t be possible, even with a poor season.

I remember Arsenal as the 'pride of London' and even though Chelsea became a legit threat quite a while ago by now, it's not just that Arsenal aren't best in London anymore, they're 4th in London this season. And no offense to West Ham but if you view yourself as a top team that should have been in the European Super League and you want to play Champions League, it's embarrassing to be below a team like West Ham.

The final round of games in the league kick off! No title or relegation drama and a bunch of the top 4 contenders have dropped out now, but still we get 3 way action between Chelsea, Liverpool and Leicester with one set to miss out.

De Bruyne puts City 1 up in Aguero's last ever game. Lovely goal.

City now 2-0 up through Gabriel. Elanga puts Utd 1-0 up. (who is he?)

Vardy puts Leicester 1-0 up with a penalty so with the others not winning yet they are currently of course for top 4.

Since then West Ham, Newcastle, Sheff Utd & Leeds all score to go in front in their games.

Mane gets a massive goal for Liverpool. They are back in the top 4 and for now Chelsea missing out.

Fornals also gets his second for 2-0 West Ham.

Oh damn, and now Villa score against Chelsea just before half time! They’re only in the top 4 on goal difference now.

Well its not over quite yet but Leicester really need to get a couple more to really put the pressure on Chelsea who are struggling. Not sure they have it in them.

Outside of Chelsea, Arsenal are in the worst position. They are qualified for the Conference League at the moment. :lmao:

Spurs get a third, as somehow they don't call the obvious handball on Kane.

So glad we missed out that conference league. Now we can (hopefully) reset the whole club and focus on building ourselves back up domestically before moving on to Europe. Lol, who am I kidding?... :funny:
