Discuss the leaked plot and other known spoilers here. NO SPOILER TAGS NECESSARY.

I fundmentally hate, to my bones, the idea of evil Jor-El. It feels like the complete wrong idea and I'm hoping the truth was lost in the translation of the dude that didn't even want to pay attention.

I know there has been hate on the Jimmy stuff and I can see how Gunn could make that totally uncomfortable. But what I got from it, at least with the main plot significance, is that Tess is trying to get info to Supes through Jimmy. Who is probably a known friend.

Lex sounds like a real piece of work in this one.

We all need to talk to James about this. Delay the movie. Reshoot. Re-edit. Whatever it takes.

I'm not mad at what I read but now the plot is out in the open.

Feel like an idiot asking, but is this genuine?

This literally happens all the time. The ENTIRE plot to Endgame leaked months in advance and it sounded atrocious. I don't think it was ultimately great but most of the horrible-sounding stuff worked fine in the film. :funny:

I remember the Soul Stone scenes in Infinity War leaking in the middle of filming. Red Skull and Gamora being thrown off a cliff and all. Kind of hard for these movies to not suffer leaks at this point.

I don't take as much issue with Jor-El being an a-hole (just because I've seen that so much already) as I do with the entirety of Krypton being an evil place, but there's little indication of that and the description made it sound like Lex may have messed with it to misrepresent it so I'm just gonna wait and see on that.

Everything else sounds kinda awesome to me. Especially the notion of getting more Clark dialogue in a 12-minute scene than we got from any Snyderman movies or SR's entire runtime.

Especially Especially Fillion being the best part! :o

The guy who wrote out the leak seems like them Oscar voters from each year. He didn’t really expand in certain parts. I’m going to assume Lex scrambles the Jor-El message some how and changes it.

We shall wait how it plays out! But Criminal mastermind-genius Lex Luthor has his plans discovered over his gf sexting Jimmy Olsen. I did not see that coming. A bold move? Lawd.

That's a bold strategy from Gunn, let's see if it pays off for him.

Metamorpho is captured by Lex in Phantom Zone or ‘’pocket universe’’. He helps Lex to capture Supes by making Kryptonite.

Read some of the leaks. Most of it sounds good IMHO. Whether or not James Gunn will be able to present it well will be the real test.

I'm glad that they're not shying away from the fantastical/sci-fi elements of the DC lore.

Also, unless I misread the recent EW article, I'm a little surprised that we're getting a love triangle between the main three.

If the Jor-el stuff is true. I kinda like it. He sends his son to basically conquer earth someday, but we end up lucky and he ends up being raised well, saves the planet instead. A bit Invincible-iissshh, but invincible took a lot from Spidey and Supes. Eh.

I highly doubt the Olsen bit is that direct to everything if legit lol but we'll harp there I guess.

Lois and the Justice Gang discover Superman's location in the pocket universe through Jimmy, who had been secretly sexting Luthor’s girlfriend. She’s obsessed with Superman, and her provocative photos unintentionally reveal confidential data.

Leaker was right so far so…Lawd. It needs to be seen in context and so forth, but Gunn ain’t above this at all.

I love the sound of the Jimmy subplot personally. It sounds like classic Jimmy shenanigans to me. Wouldn't be out of place in Matt Fraction's Jimmy Olsen at all.

That Jimmy plot is humiliatingly terrible in a really fundamental way. Some of the leaks sound fun in a silly goofy adventure movie way but that is just nastily lame and the Jor-El twist, if there isn’t some nuanced the hilariously venomous and/or stupid leaker missed, is easily the most I’ve hated a major Superman lore change in a movie.

Lol I get what the leaks said. I’m just saying there’s gonna be plenty more to the driving force of the plot, legit or not,

And it’s pretty funny anyway.
