Finished building my new PC so I decided to give it a test run with the complete edition of The Witcher 3 which has RT and photo mode. Maybe I'll do another playthrough too.

For a game from 2014, Alien Isolation still has amazing lighting. Playing it today rendered at 5K, with some improved visual mods, the experience is night and day from when I first played it back then. Character models still look like action figures made in putty, though.

I have a lot of CO:E33 coming up. All taken with a photo mode mod (latest game update introduces an official photo mode). Many are taken from cutscenes where the facial animations really shine unlike gameplay moments where they all have the "dead look" expressions...
