So nobody dies?

They both will die, but Borden (Bale) dies earlier than Angier (Jackman). The main thing is that they both dies because of their problems.

Angier's prestige (some kind of clown or half of his soul, which was created or got his own body after Angier's trick with transportation) kills Borden, when he is old man.

But Angier dies just right after Borden's death, because of his prestige. They couldn't combine anymore, because they had their own bodies. So one of them died, while another stayed alive.

And most lkiely that one, who is still alive is Angier's prestige, not Angier himself.

Am I only one, who noticed that there was no shot of Bale on the stage in the trailer?

I have no idea where this movie is going and I LOVE IT.

The trailer is brilliant and I can't wait for the final product then.

Oh by the way when is the release date and does anybody know?

October 20...something of this year.

I was gooing to say you guys were only hyped because it had Bale/Jackman/Nolan, but it actually does look good. Yessss.

2. The Plot: Two rival magicians in turn-of-the-century London battle each other for trade secrets. The title refers to the residue left after a magician's successful trick.

Somewhere in there is a great joke.

It and The Fountain played before Lady In The Water back to back. It was a great trailer experience.
