This is currently on display at a CIA museum. The man that wrote this eventually went on to become the director of the CIA in the mid 70s.

Something tells me that when they're not attacking them with black Sharpies, the CIA is probably pretty good at saving documents.

On a somewhat random note, do you know whats in almost perfect condition? The second draft of the Declaration of Independence. The original is hardly visible at this point, after being taken on tours and a botched attempt at making an engraving. The draft from two days afterwards though they they all re-signed is immaculate. The constitution isn't in bad shape either.
