That spidey suit is awesome. I kind of wish they went with something like that for the new movie. Its already that way partially, wit the areas around the wrists. It'd be pretty awesome and completely distinct.

Do you know who drew this? I can't read the signature. Also what is this for? Like is this going to be an actual costume in something (ultimate spidey?) or just fan art depicting a cool costume idea?

It feels like an awesome cross between the classic costume with the Spidey 2099 one.

It's by some dude named Vanni LoRiggio. It seems to be from a fan redesign contest for Spidey. I found it on a Spidey tumblr... it's about halfway down the page, with some other submissions, but I don't like the others that much.

Cyberpunk is more in line with Ghost in the Shell and the Matrix. Things derived from William Gibson essentially.


Also, the most badass thing I've seen this week, Liam Neeson with glass strapped to his fists about to fight a fracking wolf. Its from a movie called The Grey.

Cyberpunk is not too distant future featuring some strong sci-fi technology. Think Bladerunner.

Steampunk is cyberpunk, but everything is based on stuff from the late 1800s and human kind salvaged old parts together to create technology thats more advanced or equal to stuff we have now but made of materials from that time.
