I remember reading an article on cracked saying that this entire Japanese village live on the foothill of a volcano that spews harmful sulfur gas and whatnot. So much so that the villagers have to carry a gas mask at all times!

Dwarf City is now creepier than the picture I posted.

And thanks for the link. I though it was Britain because I read something about the Government handing out gas masks to civilians for fear of chemical attacks during WW2.
