I agree.
Actually, his best work was Exiles.
I would call it, at least when it comes to DC, the Johns/Morrison age of comics.
Never read his Exiles.
Same here![]()
Once cool, now overused and overrated (to me, anyway).

Johns and Morrison are outright awesome. Batman & Robin and Green Lantern are freaking phenomenal. I can't wait to read Adventure Comics, Superman: Secret Origin, and Multiversity.
I might pick up Adventure Comics. But as for Batman & Robin and Multiversity, I'm not touching those with 80ft pole....and I loathe the Damien charcter to a point that I'm beginning to appreciate Jason Todd as Robin alot more.

Also, Damien is a lot like Jason Todd. More brutal. A bit of a prick. But unlike Jason, Damien is lot more competent than Jason is. If Jason didn't die, he would have gotten worse and killed more people. With the path that Damien is taking, he will most likely not kill people, which is what Batman strives for.

Now hold up. Isn't that 666 issue about Damien as Batman? He kills in that like crazy. Is that not suppose to be what Morrison envisions as the future for Damien, or was that a case of him just dicking around for the sake of dicking around?
So, it was just a case of Morrison dicking around then? Okay, that's good. That was easily one of the worst Batman stories I've read in a very long time.
I don't really see how it's necessary to anything he's doing now. Seems he's just showing a What If...? scenario of Damien of no real relevance.
