i already posted these up in the "nolan...add robin" thread, but i might as well put it here too. guys over at the add robin thread hated it! =P. wanna see what you guys think - although you guys might be the same people. hahaha.

and i guess i should explain myself this time around.

for batman, i just combined aspects of the begins suit with the dark knight suit...i liked the insignia of the begins suit, and made it a little bigger...and i made the armor less busy-looking. so that's about it for bats.

as for robin, the first one is just an all decked out black robin suit, and the next is closer to how robin will look in the new young justice animated series. a low of people have been saying things like "robin shouldn't be that dark/girtty" and stuff like that, but hear me out. if batman can be intimidating in blue and gray tights, then robin can be light-hearted in a dark kevlar armored suit. i mean..why not? my argument for this whole robin thing will always be, if batman did it, so can robin. i understand the all black for robin is a bit much, but i like to try new things ya know?

anyhow, if you'd like, just disregard the robin completely. it's not even like i'm expecting him to be in any movie any time soon. imagine it's just batman you're looking at.

I'm surprised at how much I dig that Robin suit, never really figured he could visually fit in with the Nolanverse, but boy howdy was that a dumb assumption! It'd be cool to see this fleshed out as a realistic manip!

and regwec, i made robin's armor a little different to set him apart from batman...and besides, the guy will need more flexibility and a lighter suit weight in order to do all the acroBATic parkour stuff. that's my excuse for not making it as detailed! =P

i can only hope robin will look some-what like this in a teen titans movie if they ever make one...i'm 99% sure robin won't be in any batman movies any time soon, but you know...that 1% is all the worth hoping/imagining for.

I know Robin doesn't stand chance in the Nolanverse but nevertheless this is awesome.

Hahaha awesome! Love all the Robin concepts dude I like this one best with all of the classic colors, but if any of them stood an actual chance of being in, it would probably be the red and black suit. I don't see them adding green, that's pushing it too close to the edge :P

Agreed. Terrific manip but I am just not a fan of the TDK jiwsaw parts of the suit.

Originally the haircut wasn't a emo bowl cut lol But i had to cut bits off and smoothed it so it wouldn't look all choppy and sort of stupid, But maybe i did the opposite
