It's too soon to say if that's paying off yet. Some of his own personal signings and pet projects have flopped. And having bodies on the roster to keep the machine going is one thing. Overseeing the crafting and training and rise of legit stars and talents is another.
Well the Wyatts and The Shield have been successful, Sin Cara flopped because he was put on the main roster instantly, Curtis Axel plain old sucked and Kharma got pregnant so I wouldnt blame the failures on HHH's vision or anything because of different factors not to mention Having HHH and Dusty Rhodes handle wrestler's bookings is a WORLD OF DIFFERENCE from A Creative Team where ultimately Vince still has the final say and will change things as he sees fit .
However, if you watch NXT, where HHH is the Vince Mcmahon, The product feels modern yet it's a throwback to the old booking style at the same time.
My only problem with HHH is how wrapped up he gets in his own ego when he's in the mix as an onscreen character because it's almost as if he comes in with good intentions and gets carried away by falling into his old habits.
