Try Blender. It's free and open source, I believe.

the program i suggested to KenshinAtrain,Any Video Converter, says it convert to mpg dvd formatI have tried mpeg, but I get no audio. Any suggestions?
a vob. file, that should look like this
if you do burn one like this and youre using nero, burn it as a file dvd and make sure the vob, ifo, bup files are in a folder named VIDEO_TS, dont make another folder inside this one. then just put the folder in nero and burn it like that.
or are you talking about files like avi and mpg?
