I thought that was supposed to be for this summer...
Is it still gonna happen?
Was that Arc Cancelled?

Is there any new info about it?

With all the villains involved, it could be the "Origin of the Species" arc...

Maybe Origin of the Species is just another step to something they have planned for that issue. Sounds reasonable to me at least, considering these big event-stories usually are as much a set up for future stories as a conclusion for something that has being going on for a while

We don't KNOW anything with the rate Amazing issues coming out. Now it'll at least be a year till that issue hits. A lot can happen in a year.

P.S. Spidey hasn't ruled dog doo going on three years. He may start ruling once Slott's allowed to write him out of his Archie box.

No, Sinister 666 morphed into Grim Hunt along the way.

I think it is on the same level as "lucky number 7" or "good things come in 3's"

Well, apparently, the Sinister 666 is NOT The Grim Hunt as evidenced by the new interview:

Following OMIT, Spider-Man will be thrown into the “Origin of the Species” story; which Wacker and Azaceta are extremely excited about. Originally planning to call the arc “Sinister 666”, fans can expect numerous appearances from Spidey’s rogues gallery as Wacker said they “throw everyone we can at Spider-Man.” Azaceta promised the likes of Freak, Rhino, and Electro will be returning to make Peter Parker’s life just that much more difficult in the arc.
