Arrow The Slade Wilson/Deathstroke Thread!

^ that's if they caught slade with ollie, and if they both escaped. Not sure what's happened to shado, did she die in the explosions or was she captured as well, answers will come soon enough I feel.

Sara only mentioned Slade So she either never met Shado because she died/disappeared earlier or they found her body on the island or she died while they were all together so there was no need to ask after her.

Slade said forming attachments was dangerous then he got burned because he tried to help Oliver. And Oliver said it was his fault Sara died again, so I am wondering if Slade had something to do with it.

I couldn't really tell with the way she asked about him was out of concern or because she knows he betrayed them.

I wonder if we'll see Green Arrow and Black Canary Vs. Slade in perhaps the season finale or mid-season finale.

I'm hoping they leave till the last season and have him take on team arrow all by his lonesome, and showcase his true badass nature!

If something did happen between Oliver, Sara and Slade that's another reason Sara needs to stick around.

If Slade comes back as the main villain it wouldn't make any sense to have the Laurel Canary there she has no connection to him.

So, when Slade finally makes his modern day appearance, anyone want them to modify the Deathstroke costume for his new mercenary look? The old costume still looks cool, but I think a little more color on parts of the suit aside from the mask would be cool. Plus, some kind of shoulder armor to give him the classic Soulders of Doom would be nice. And then there's the lone night vision goggle they used for part of the 90's. Add the bandana straps and that goggle to the mask, and I think you've already got a pretty good evolution towards Slade as a solo villain.

Also, anyone else think Sara may take Slade's eye? It's an option discussed on the main board, and it would tie in great to Slade's warning against attachments.

It would really suck for Oliver to have Slade kill Sara. If the writers think about it that way it will probably happen. Most angst for Oliver, it's the way they roll.

I would love if they would try to adapt his Arkham Origins look.

Still waiting of an animated movie to look like the trailer of Arkham origins.

I thought that Slade getting burned badly last may have been their way of explaining his eye loss.

^ not sure about that, I still think ollie takes his eye.

Well we only saw his hands burning. I would not call that getting burned badly.

I'm thinking when the three of them were together on the island, Ollie made some plan to do something, Slade betrayed them resulting in what appeared to be Sara's death, Ollie attacked him taking out his eye. Then maybe an explosion happens where a semi conscious Sara sees Ollie and Slade thrown backwards making her think he was killed or she assumed Slade killed Ollie because he was much stronger. Then somehow they were all separated.

So Sara asking after Slade is more if the both of us survived he probably did too.

I think his current costume is awesome, I remember when I saw billy wintergreen in episode 5 and I was like, thats freaking awesome and I admit I got slightly scared, it was something about the eyes.

From the angle that it was shot, I couldn't be sure that it was only his hands that were burnt. He might have had more severe injuries that we just haven't seen yet.

That's true, but his face, and more importanlty, his eyes looked undamaged.

If it's just the fire that blinds Slade, that's just darn anti-climactic.

I never quite got the symbolism of the arrow-through- the Deathstroke-mask on the island.

Are we supposed to think Ollie shot Slade through the eye (like he already did with Deadshot),Slade survived, pulled out the arrow, and left it in his mask on a stake?

The only other option I can think of,is Ollie thinks he killed Slade and left his mask like that as a "grave marker" out of past respect for him.

I want to know how that mask is even still intact? It's been in that SAME spot for months if not years on a Pacific Island with heat, storms, etc, and it still hasn't blown away or fallen to pieces. Whatever material that thing is made out of, I want some of it.

This seems plausible to me.

:funny:

I just checked out the IMDB page of the second Hobbit movie and it turns out that Manu will have a role in it. That's pretty cool.

Manu Bennet is the man. He could easily be in the BvS movie as Slade, as long as they grey his hair, give him a goatee and an eyepatch
